| 25.1 | The General | |
| The General is the leader of the military. They represent the highest ranking officers of the armed forces of the state/nation and therefore are responsible for their safety, operations and victory in battle during time of war. |

| 25.2 | Importance of the General | |
| The General is the figurehead to their troops. While they report to the political leaders of the state/nation, it is to the wise leadership of the general that the officers and unlisted men of an army march. | ||
| While men and women have won battles in spite of poor generalship, no war has ever been won with poor generals. Therefore the strength and leadership of wise generals is utmost in ensuring the effective prosecution of war. | ||
