4. The General
 
  Article 29- Pledge to State  
29.1 Pledge to State  
  A wise General should always be seen to pledge loyalty to the State, knowing that while politicians represent the State, it is the people who are the State.  
29.2 Coups  
  Coups are for politicians, not for honorable generals. Where a General feels compelled to usurp the claims of a government, in order to protect their honor, the General must sacrifice their office immediately upon executing such action.
 
  To usurp the apparatus of state and to remain in commission as a General is to be by default a dictator, a position with absolutely no honor. However, upon such action a General resigns, then it is clear their action was done with honor and they are free to participate in the political process without disgracing the honor of their military office.
