4. The General
 
  Article 30-Pledge to Military  
30.1 Pledge to Military  
  At all times, the General must pledge their loyalty and faith to their military, its codes, standards and colours.
 
  The gravest sin of any General is to show disloyalty to their own, regardless of the reason and motivation.
 
30.2 Honorable resignation  
  Where a General is forced into a position where their loyalty to the State is challenged by their loyalty to the military and they are compelled to make a stand against their own, the only honorable course of action is to resign.  
  A general who attacks his/her own troops is a coward and a criminal, not fit for office. Such persons are a disgrace to their uniform and office and are not worthy of any honor, title or military honors.
