| The Honor of the Military are its codes, its standards, its colours and emblems. These must be respected by the current serving officers and soldiers as well as the political leadership. | ||
| 39.2 | Importance of honor | |
| What distinguishes a military force from a band of mercenaries or murderers are its allegience to a set of codes and standards. Above all these standards testify to the obligation of each individual soldier to perform to the best of the duty, not to disgrace the uniform in which they serve and to fight with courage and conviction. | ||
