  Article 41- Youth
41.1 Youth
A state or nation that does not encourage its youth to undergo a period of military service is at risk of creating a generation that knows nothing of discipline, or loyalty, of honor or the cost of war.
While such a generation may claim knowledge through its observation of history, such a generation of youth will be quickly lost in any conflict for they will lack the internal discipline to follow orders and control their emotions and fear.
Therefore, for the sake of its youth and their preparation for any eventuality, the state should encourage its youth to undergo at least a reasonable period of service in the military.
