  Article 55 - Prisoner capture
55.1 Prisoner capture
As a rule, the long term imprisonment of even a handful of enemy combatants should be avoided at all cost. Rather than breaking their spirit, prison is a time in which the mind of the enemy grows stronger and more determined to seek revenge for their treatment.

Some of the greatest revolutionaries have been born, not out of conflict, but at the hands of their enemy jailers.
Instead, battle should be conducted with such ferocity that prisoners are rarely taken and if so, are disarmed and repatriated quickly with the horrors of their defeat still fresh in their minds.
