Article 74-Theatre |
|
| 74.1 |
Theatre |
|
| |
The condition of the theatre of war indicates whether war is to be fought by a narrow spectrum of environment, or to be fought as total war across all spectrums.

| 74.2 |
Theatre centric battles |
|
| |
While modern network-centric techniques and modern technology enables simultaneous warfare across several theatres of battle (air, land and sea), the practicality of battle usually results in one theatre of battle occuring at one time. |
|
| |
A land offensive occurs, an air offensive occurs, a naval offensive occurs. |
|
| |
A military force then able to operate simultaneous battles across different theatres of battle is at a strategic advantage in conventional warfare against an opponent only capable of fighting one method of warfare at a time. |
