  Article 90-Indicators
90.1 Indicators
Indicators relates to the specific indicators presented by the enemy in regards to their intentions and the likelihood or otherwise of armed conflict.

90.2 Keeping an eye on the signs of impending war or battle
The nature of war is such that it is impossible to conceal every sign of impending battle. This is especially so in the modern connected world.
However, with such volumes of information, the art of reading and interpreting events has sometimes been lost. There is now such a thing as "too much information" and "too much intelligence" concerning hard data on enemy movements and activities.
Reading and understanding inside the mind of the enemy is both an art and adhering to the tried and tested rules of battle. While every circumstance is unique, the signs inevitably lead to the same result. It is therefore a matter of recognizing the course of the enemy and at what point they are in the process.
