Corruption |
| |
Corruption in of itself is not usually an indicator of change within a state or enemy, except when it results in clear examples of injustice against the people. |
| |
A classic example of this is the ongoing battles between drug lords, corrupt police and military officials and honest military officials in latin American states. The ongoing war has cost the lives of thousands on both sides. |
| |
However, the endemic corruption has also created many clear examples of blatant corruption resulting in the deaths of brave and honest men and women. Such examples as they become known amongst the people are like a match to a drought ravaged forest prviding a revolutionary force exists and is capable of avoiding being trapped by bloody and stupid ideology. |
| |
Therefore when corruption reaches a point that it exceeds the public trust in basic competence to manage the general affairs of the population, the conditions for either revolution or coup exist. |
